Recall of Symjepi (epinephrine) Injection 0.15 mg (0.15 mg/0.3 mL) and 0.3 mg (0.3 mg/0.3 mL) Pre-Filled Single-Dose Syringes

On April 13, 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Adamis Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling certain lots of Symjepi (epinephrine) Injection 0.15 mg (0.15 mg/0.3 mL) and 0.3 mg (0.3 mg/0.3 mL) Pre-Filled Single-Dose Syringes as a Class I Recall. This is due to concerns that clogs in needles can prevent dispensing of epinephrine.

Please note that not all lots are affected, so you may not be affected by this recall. Your health and safety are important to us. If you are currently taking Symjepi (epinephrine) Injection, please contact your health care provider to talk about other treatments or medicines that may be appropriate.
