Recall of Sodium Bicarbonate Injection, USP, 8.4%, 50 mEq/50 mL Vial
On December 21, 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Exela Pharma Sciences is voluntarily recalling 14 lots of Sodium Bicarbonate Injection, USP, 8.4%, 50 mEq/50 mL, as a Class I Recall due to a defective container.
