Recall of Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, 40mg/0.4mL
On December 8, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that Sandoz is voluntarily recalling one lot of Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, 40mg/0.4mL as a Class I Recall.
One lot of Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, 40mg/0.4mL was exposed to high temperatures during shipping which may affect the way the medicine works.
Please note that not all lots are affected, so you may not be affected by this recall. If you are currently taking Enoxaparin Sodium Injection, 40mg/0.4mL, please contact your health care provider to talk about other treatments or medicines that may be appropriate.
