Health Resources for Seniors

Keeping healthy as you age requires special care and attention. It is important to take extra steps to prevent common problems when aging, such as high blood pressure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, and certain cancers. There are things you can do to reduce these health risks, such as staying active, eating well and taking medication as prescribed.
