NJ FamilyCare Advantage Premiums and Co-Payments

Members enrolled in the NJ FamilyCare Advantage program are required to pay a monthly premium and certain benefits require a co-payment to the servicing provider.

The premium is based on the number of enrolled children in the family.

• One child is $137 per month
• Two children are $274 per month
• Three or more children are $411 per month
