Horizon NJ Health partnered with National Imaging Associates, Inc. (NIA) for outpatient imaging management services. NIA offers an online tool, RadMD, which provides registered users with instant access to high-tech imaging prior authorization information.

Horizon NJ Health's physicians and health care professionals can use RadMD to submit all requests for authorizations online or you have the option to call NIA at 877-80-RadMD (877-807-2363) to request authorizations for your patients' exams.

Log on to the www.RadMD.com Web site for up-to-the hour information on patients' authorizations, including date initiated, date approved, exam category, valid billing codes (CPT) and much more.

To get started, simply follow the link www.RadMD.com/SignUp and set up a unique user name and password for each individual user in your office. These unique user names and passwords should not be shared. This further protects patients' personal health information.
